The Position

You are a quantitative equity strategist with proven skills and strong market focus. You can easily blend your analytical skills with great creativity and good communication abilities within the Quant Research and Strategy (QRS) team and make the connection to other investment professionals. Your main responsibilities

• Development of quantitative equity strategies, including idea generation, empirical testing, alpha modelling, portfolio construction and data infrastructure
• Risk analysis & portfolio diagnostics
• Dependent on experience, contribute to team leadership

Your experience and skills

• Econometrics / Mathematics or similar
• 6–10 years relevant experience in quantitative equity investment management
• Programming skills (R and database knowledge an advantage)

The QRS team is responsible for a wide range of quantitative strategies & services provided across many investment teams residing within our Equity, Fixed Income and Multi-Asset platforms. Empirical research, strategy development, portfolio optimization and risk analyses are core activities within QRS. Strong communication with the Investment and commercial teams is essential.
